Hello Jailbreaker...Sometimes in Charles Debuging Proxy Error 443 I Have Tips For Fix It.

STEP

-Go to Proxy > Proxy Settings...
-Click the SSL tab
-Click add and put * for the host

Also, make sure Enable SSL Proxying is check.

You can also right click on the URL in the left pane and check SSL Proxying

That should fix it, assuming you have the certificate installed...
